Dr. Ernest Cutler
Co-Owner | Stealth Sports Group
Dr. Ernest E. Cutler Jr. serves as the Executive Director of Stealth Sports Group, where he leads athlete representation, strategic advisory services, and national athlete development initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience in athlete development, coaching, scouting, and sports operations, he brings a comprehensive understanding of the modern sports landscape across collegiate and professional athletics.
As a Sports Agent Advisor with Sports Management Worldwide (SMWW), Dr. Cutler specializes in NIL representation, revenue share negotiations, athlete branding, and professional career strategy. He has successfully negotiated athlete agreements that have resulted in revenue share increases of up to 350% and currently represents multiple prospects preparing for the 2026 NFL Draft.
Throughout his career, Dr. Cutler has worked extensively with youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, helping guide them through recruiting, development, and professional opportunities. His leadership experience includes founding elite training programs, coaching national-level teams, and organizing competitive events that have provided exposure and advancement opportunities for thousands of athletes.
Dr. Cutler holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and is an NFLPA Agent Candidate for 2026, bringing both academic insight and practical experience to athlete representation and sports leadership. At Stealth Sports Group, he is committed to building a professional organization focused on athlete advocacy, strategic career management, and long-term success for the athletes and families the organization serves.


Ryley Brotman
Managing Member | Athlete Services | Player Support
Ryley Brotman was born and raised in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada, and brings a diverse background in athlete services, equipment operations, and player support across professional and collegiate sports. His experience spans the CFL, NCAA, and MLB, including time with the Toronto Blue Jays.
Ryley began his football journey in high school as a water boy before becoming the equipment and team manager for his football program. This early experience led to a six-year tenure with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the CFL and a summer internship with the Memphis Tigers football program in 2017. He has also supported athlete development through the after-school program Overtime Football.
In baseball, Ryley worked with the Toronto Blue Jays as a clubhouse assistant and ball boy from 2018–2019, gaining experience in professional clubhouse operations and athlete support.
As an athlete himself, Ryley has competed in the World Transplant Games and the Canadian Transplant Games, participating in tennis, softball, track & field, bowling, and table tennis.
Ryley holds an Athlete Management Certificate from Sports Management Worldwide and is committed to supporting and mentoring athletes throughout their careers while ensuring their needs are met both on and off the field.


Jay Vinson
Managing Member | Director of Athlete Recruitment & Placement | Stealth Sports Group
Jay Vinson serves as the Founder of JV Athlete Advisory Services and the Director of Athlete Recruitment & Placement for Stealth Sports Group, where he leads athlete sourcing, evaluation, and placement initiatives across collegiate and professional football.
As a certified Pro Agent Advisor through Sports Management Worldwide (SMWW), Jay brings a solid foundation in athlete representation, recruiting strategy, and player development. In his role with Stealth Sports Group, he is responsible for identifying high-value talent, managing recruitment pipelines, and aligning athletes with program and professional opportunities that maximize their exposure and long-term potential.
A former football player and coach, Jay offers firsthand knowledge of the game, giving him a competitive edge in evaluating talent and understanding positional development, roster needs, and scheme fit. His ability to translate on-field performance into recruiting and placement opportunities allows him to effectively position athletes in front of decision-makers across Power 4, Group of 5, and professional organizations.
Jay collaborates directly with athletes to ensure they are properly prepared, evaluated, and strategically marketed. From high school recruitment to transfer portal movement and post-collegiate advancement, he provides firsthand guidance designed to help athletes get seen, get evaluated, and ultimately get signed.
Within Stealth Sports Group, Jay plays a critical role in building and sustaining a national athlete pipeline, leveraging trusted relationships and proven recruiting strategies to deliver consistent results.
At both JV Athlete Advisory Services and Stealth Sports Group, he is committed to preparation, professionalism, and performance—ensuring every athlete he represents is equipped to compete and succeed at the next level.


Byron Wooten
Managing Member | National Scout | Player Personnel Evaluator | Athlete Development Advisor
Byron Wooten is a football scout and player personnel evaluator focused on identifying, developing, and positioning athletes for success at the collegiate and professional levels. His scouting approach evaluates positional traits, athletic measurables, football IQ, competitive temperament, and long-term developmental upside.
Through detailed film study and on-field evaluation, Wooten analyzes offensive and defensive schemes, player utilization, and roster construction to identify athletes who fit specific program systems and cultures. He places strong emphasis on intangibles such as work ethic, leadership, coachability, and competitive toughness.
In addition to scouting, Wooten brings a counselor’s perspective to athlete development, helping guide players both on and off the field.
He holds Associate of Arts degrees in Christian Counseling, Social and Behavioral Sciences, Sociology, and American Studies, providing a strong understanding of athlete development, team dynamics, and leadership.
Wooten is committed to building strong programs by identifying athletes who bring talent, character, and competitive drive to the game.

He finds inspiration in watching athletes turn dedication and hard work into results — a philosophy that mirrors his own approach to business. Whether building brands or championing the next generation of talent, Rocky brings the same relentless commitment to excellence that defines the competitors he admires. Rocky holds a B.S in Communications from the University of Texas at Austin, an M.B.A from Baker College and received Agent Advisor certification from Sports Management Worldwide (SMWW).
